A lot of my South Asian and Muslim friends have decided now is the right time to start spouting model minority bullshit.

Really scared for what’s about to go down in my neighborhood. Tons of rumors and reports that looting/burning is coming to my neighborhood this evening.

Not so much scared about the looting and burning but for the possibility of a gun fight. Lots of conservative, white neighbors are literally in their garages and driveways with guns.

Center city is quiet but it's apparently nuts around 50th and locust, lots of tear gas and fire. Apparently lots of looting happening in port Richmond/Fairmount too

 

More likely he joins the sword and the bow guy on Dancing With the Stars in a few months

Interesting. Drove through Fairmount not too long ago and it was quiet, but I'll stay away. Police presence is crazy even here in Old City.

 

Ya I think West Philly is the hot point right now and everywhere else is just experiencing some good old fashioned looting

 

Was at the protest earlier today in Dillworth and that was great. Police weren't in everyone's faces. Saw some opportunists looting in Rittenhouse that weren't part of the protests.

 

Nah. There was a shit ton of looting in Port Richmond earlier and a police presence with cars/helicopters

 

Couldn’t possibly be a cop who sympathizes with his stickers, that’s for sure

 

Saw a tweet that so far only minor injuries have been reported by the crowd hit by the oil truck
