A Stand Atlantic album announcement has to be coming soon. All three singles are bundled together on Apple Music, I assume they’ll all make the record.

Found this in my room today. Only one of my many, many early 2000s memorabilia pieces. Haha.

 

At this point it’s four new Stand Atlantic tracks released without an album announcement. Hopefully something soon before we hear half of the thing

 

It'd be rad if these were all singles and the album was still coming with all new tracks, but I agree it seems like this is meant to tease an album... minus the album announcement.

 

3 out of 4 tracks share the same single artwork just with a different color scheme. Could see at least three being on there. Weird if we get another track and end up with 5 by time the album is announced

 

No, I totally agree. Just wishful thinking, Bonnie's such a great songwriter I'm greedy for more.

 

Finally got around to listening to this and I'm still not completely sold on how they're implementing synth elements, song's decent otherwise. But I did have a laugh at them misspelling "sown" multiple times in every chorus in the lyric video.

 

Guitar sounds sort of buried and/or not as prominent in parts of this mix too? I was just listening to their last album and flipped to one of these new singles, and the entirety of the production sounds different. I don’t like it as much with this new cycle but can’t put a finger on what changed.

 

Any Dua Lipa fans in this thread? Cause this cover is GREAT.

 

Was listening to the American Pie 2 soundtrack last night and decided to search Left Front Tire on Spotify and looks like they released their first song in 17 years just a couple months ago

Anyone listen to that Stickup Kid record that came out last year? I recently bought the vinyl and was reminded again how solid of a pop punk band they are. If anyone missed it, I would definitely check it out. I don't know why this band isn't bigger in the scene. Here's a banger from it:

 

I remember seeing Stickup Kid on like every pop punk tour from 2012-2013. Then nothing for a while. Not sure if they took a break or what

 

They all had to finish school (at least that's what I remember hearing), but they're back now and honestly better than ever.
