Vektor's problem for me is that their longer songs just felt way, way too long to me. Which is weird considering I have no problem making it through a 15-minute Mournful Congregation sound.

I'm also amused at the follow-up statement the other original member who rejoined posted which basically amounts to "He's a good dude who's been through a lot. I know because I'm sober all the time". It's one of the biggest bullshit fluff statements I've ever seen in an accountability case in metal that speaks to nothing from either the survivor or the perpetrator. Let's hear David's perspective and what accountability measures he's undergone. Let's hear from the ex about whether she's okay with this. Obviously this doesn't oblige her to put anything out at all as is her right as a survivor, but when Tim freaking Lambesis is at least doing a better job at public service in an attempt to justify a comeback it's not a high bar to clear.

Don't take this for any tacit support for Vektor either. Like I said in my original post on this, they should have stayed dead and buried.

Yeah I agree with everything you said besides the fact you never really liked them to begin with. I like their songs from the releases before his shit behavior came to light but I am not supporting them anymore, I already have sewn off their patch on my jacket. But yeah I agree that they should stay defunct.

This is cool. (Despite the horrible sound quality)

I'm not sure where to post it either, nor am I sure if or how soon you will even see this comment. I've just listened to some songs for the first time tonight. I liked Atrophy and Pumped Up Kicks cover so far. Not sure if you're old enough to remember the 90s group Orgy, but that was who I first thought of when hearing this (and Powerman 5000 (younger brother of Rob Zombie)...guess I can hear the White Zombie/Rob Zombie influence too. All these bands were popular around that same time).

But no other love for this group?? hmm

New album from Valkyrie (ex-Baroness) coming in July. The first single sounds impeccable.

I like H09909 more than 3Teeth personally, but I saw them both live and they both put on great shows. 3Teeth is cool, just less my style.

I like this album. Pretty much if Chelsea Wolfe and Torche had a baby.

Hmm never heard of them before. Lol and the first track I put on just now was pure rap...but the second was more metal. Well, cool though! Enjoy!

Yeah, I had no idea that Limp Bizkit had any good albums. I think a better choice instead of that would have been Celtic Frost's Cold Lake. Now that was a wreck.

Honestly, their first two albums are pretty damn good. After that it’s all downhill...

But they will always be a CHAD band.

Limp Bizkit is excellent (at what they do) - But the only time I'd use the word metal to describe it would be with the prefix nu
