Looting currently going on in St. Paul, looks like a Foot Locker, Hair Product store, and pawn shop have all been hit.

I worry about seeing all these large crowds gathering in the midst of a pandemic. At least it seems most people are wearing masks, but you wonder if there could be an increase in cases in that area in a couple weeks. Is this an area that has a lot of cases or has it gone well?

 

The particular area where most of the protests have occurred has been hit high with COVID.

The messaging seems to be that if they rush to make a charge, they risk losing the case. They need as much evidence and support as possible to ensure that when they make the charges, they have the case. I think what would help is actually fucking arresting the cop while this is going on, as that would happen to any normal person who was videotaped putting their knee on someones neck and killing them.
