Lee’s and Smithfield’s are my favorite chain fried chicken by far, but I do love Bojangles.

I did have Bojangles at the Charlotte airport on my way to Dallas last year

When did all the “Wendy’s is actually very good” opinion swing start? I agree with it but I do not remember Wendy’s being held in such high regard

 

Maybe because Doughboys love it. Also because it's good

 

For what it's worth I've always liked Wendy's significantly more than other fast food chains. Except for the one at the Crystal Run Mall in Middletown, NY which is always slow as shit and can never get my first name or middle name right

 

The quality of their food changed pretty dramatically maybe eight or ten years ago. My brother used to be the only one in the family who liked it but now it’s my favorite standard fast food burger. The meat and veggies are just so much better now, and their special menu items are often really interesting and delicious.

 

Doughboys is another thread like A1 that I’ve seen for years and have no idea what it is or what goes on there

 

I think they changed their fry recipe a while back which is what sealed it for me

 

I feel like they innovated before McDonald's and Burger King which helped

 

It's a comedy podcast about chain restaurants

 

What’s their opinion on the Hardee’s family of chains I need to know

 

They have reviewed it 3 times very positively

 

I've been obsessed with the Buffalo sauce, probably the best Buffalo sauce from a fast food restaurant

 

We don't have Bojangles in Texas

 

I mainly eat Bojangles when I’m in NC since it feels like they even outnumber mcdonald’s there
