Yikes, though, the person from Jank who sided with Diamond and released that comeback shit is now in Oolong, a band I checked out and liked. Damn

 

Looking into it more: Sam Becht from Jank helped record Lou’s rehabilitation album and got kicked out of Coping Skills for it. He currently plays in Remo Drive and Oolong. I assume he had to know about the allegations since two of his other band members disowned Lou and the whole Fail Better/whatever release was supposedly about “rehabilitation”. Weird.

The combination of self-hatred due to deep rooted family and racial issues (that aren't my place to tell), and alt-right enabling by constantly seeking out their approval like a toxic relationship... there's a lot to unpack.
