We have carpenter bees nesting in our fence and one of them is always out there hovering around one of his holes guarding it, anything that comes near he goes after, like the tiniest little fly he will attack but when I go out there to water my plants or something we have a mutual understanding and he just kinda chills

Now they're having an all out war where there are a couple of them battling each other outside my door and I don't know what to do like we called maintenance who said they would send an exterminator (they never got back to us about it) but I also feel kinda bad
