Exactly. You can add one or two basically every day and it feels like you aren't adding anything. Then all of a sudden you're crankin' out an additional 7-14 each week.

I've been pushing vitamin D, zinc, and a multivitamin every day

 

I’ve been doing multi, zinc, probiotics and fish oil since lockdown

I've been pretty good at taking my multi vitamin the last 2 months. I eat better meals too since I cook at home a lot.

Not going to lie, its been rough, mentally. But I thankfully was able to talk to my therapist, get back on track.

Got myself a Daily Routine planned out to start Monday morning. I already updated my resume and sent it out to all the staffing places I work with, got my unemployment benefits submitted, and I got to talk to my Therapist for the first time in months. Feeling much better about a lot of things.

 

Coincidentally it's 'bout time for my workout. I just pounded some of the darkest cold brew coffee I've ever seen from my new iced coffee maker. This is either gonna be a breeze or give me a heart attack.
