I’ve felt the same way. Really just hoping everyone is busy or taking internet breaks for their health. I’m super glad to be connected in some way other than this site with a lot of people now.

My cats life is just following me around and laying on me or being as close as possible and begging for attention and food

I want to come back as an otter floating gently with my friends and constantly eating seafood off of my stomach.

I'd also consider being a sloth but I don't know how easy of a life that would really be

 

I do believe that pet/owner attitude similarity theory, and then my mother told my cat, TO HER FACE in a cute voice, "you have no personality."

 

I want to be a guinea pig, you just run around for like 2 years and then die, sounds divine

 

yeah, our pets are absolutely conditioned by us imo

I’m going to cry. That specific aquarium was where my love for them was born. My ultimate dream in this life is to swim with otters. River otters are a much more doable goal, but the fact that I’ll never be able to touch a sea otter with my bare hand will always make me sad.

 

same, have I ever told you my childhood dream was to be a dolphin trainer at Sea World which in hindsight was problematic

 

otters are definitely a top 5 animal for me
