Correct. I’m not huge on crepes, but there is a Romanian version that I do have some comfort food associations with and every now and then I could eat a ton of those.

 

Ahhh. See in the UK it’s a staple to have lemon and sugar on crepes. And it’s fucking gorgeous. Sweet and light. Goddamn now I’m pining for them. What’s the Romanian version like? I’m assuming there’s some sort of meat/potato thing going on with those haha.

You don’t know much about Romania, huh? Lol. They’re basically like traditional crepes only you really never eat them in a savory preparation and they’re almost always rolled up with sugar or jam or something else inside. Straight sugar is traditional for my family, although I have had them with chocolate too which was great.
