Just finished Outer Banks. Show is a ton of fun, I can’t wait for a second season.

About halfway through Upload, and I'm enjoying it. Sort of fills the Good Place void in that it's a whimsical show about another plane of existence with its own set of rules. I'll always welcome more Greg Daniels content.

 

Anyone watched Outer Banks in Netflix? The treasure hunting aspect in good but there’s a bit much “CW” spiced into it with all the teen drama. It’s a good show to watch during the summer, for sure.

I haven't seen Upload or The Good Place (though I've seen a few episodes of S1 and decided it wasn't for me). But anyway, the show Forever with Maya Rudolph and Fred Armisen is on Amazon Prime and is very much in this vein. It's an impeccable, special, funny show. Wish it lasted longer.

 

I'd heard this was good but never got around to it, and it has since slipped my mind completely. I'll have to check it out.

 

Check in with your thoughts if you get to it. It really resonated with me and my fiancee. Such a short show yet we fell deeply in love with it.

The Wrong Missy is pretty dumb, but Lapkus is hilarious in it. Get high and don't take it too seriously and you'll have a good time.

 

Forever has been on my watchlist for, well, forever.
Maybe this'll be the weekend I start it up.

the twists are insane and so unbelievable and I am very entertained by it haha

 

It gets even more ridiculous, but only hooked me further haha

 

With how ridiculous this show is, I fully expect them by episode 10 to just say "sike! it was a different body on the island, John's dad is actually alive". TBH I was hoping he was still alive so, I'd be okay with that lol. After the way episode 8 ended I truly have no clue where they go from here, anything is on the table besides maybe John dying hah.

 

Hahaha I had similar thoughts going into the final couple episodes. Let me know your thoughts when you finish up!
