I now have had two people tell me in my life that they don’t enjoy movies, not the movie theater experience, not blockbuster movies, just movies in general. It baffles me daily

 

i probably like chipotle more than i should since the assholes in charge of their operations decided not to build 1 within half an hour from my house so its still a novelty to me.

 

Attorneys are like ppl who chose to go to law school instead of acting. Dramatic af.

 

I know I say this a lot lately but I’m fucking sad

my parents said i would have been a great lawyer bc i love to prove people wrong with their own logic

This one attorney is a literal Kathryn Hahn from parks and rec without at least like... Nicely giving advice to Leslie once and the charm of the Pawnee characters. Today she accused me of taking 1 year to do something and I'm like lol wtf this case hasn't even been open for 1 year yet, like stawp embellishing for dramatic effect. I didn't even get to call her out on it either

 

EATING LESS CARBS IS SO HARD.

I'm over what my doctor wants me to eat for carbs and I haven't even had dinner. Like ugh let me live. Looking at my food calculator like

 

well this is a big part and having to sit for what, like 2+ hours (the last movie i saw in theater was the Queen one and before that idr) is really not my strength. at home it'll take me like 3 long pauses to get through a movie.

 

my grandpops tried to talk me into going to law school to become a criminal defense attorney like he was. if i could wear a suit and tie everyday w/o hating my life it would have been an interesting option hehe ive always had a knack for turd polishing

 

Seriously! The only one that I can think of that is good is Mastering the Art of French Cooking.

 

i want to know how do people buy movies (obvs i know the logistics of buying stuff) but once i see something, especially a drama or suspense, i absolutely will not be sitting through it again. i know someone that has their basement LINED with shelves and shelves and shelves of movies.
