i've never understood the "give people hope" narrative as it applies to sports. watching a baseball game right now would not give me hope, it would give me 2-3 hours of entertainment.

 

The last History of the Seattle Mariners video came out today and it ruled. Jack Wilson highlights, absurd Raul Ibanez stats, beautiful tribute to Ken Griffey Jr, Ichiro, and Felix Hernandez. Essential baseball viewing. Better than the Last Dance.

 

The first Bowman Jasson Dominguez card basically starts at 115 bucks. Just paper, not even Chrome or an autograph. Jesus lol
