I'm surprised she didn't submit it at 11:59 unfinished like i would if I said I would make a whole ass album in a month haha

 

Yeah not only does this sound extremely cohesive, it sounds extremely finished. This was quite the feat. Obviously albums are made in less time than this (Pop 2 was I think) but with the self imposed public deadline, wow, that’s a lot of pressure and she made it look so easy like she always does. Queen of pop forever.

 

I feel dirty saying I relate to anything about Kanye, but that whole Life of Pablo rollout was super relatable, lol.

Also I did nottttt see a drop off in the second half. If anything, I thought it was stronger than the first half!

Maybe it’s just because it’s more fresh as the pre release singles are in the front half, but I totally agree. C2.0 needs to be recognized as potentially being better than Click haha. I absolutely LOVE that there are no features on this album.

I literally will never lol, “Click” is at least top 5 Charli track for me

 

Damn, it did not hit nearly that high for me. Great song but it’d be borderline too 25 for me lol.

 

It’s just so insane, everyone is in top form on that track. Literally don’t know if Kim or Tommy have been better. It’s definitely not as affecting as like “Gone” or “Warm” or “Tears” but I think it’s easily her best banger/party track.

 

“Click” & “c2.0” both rule in different ways & both are made better by the other’s existence. Trying to choose between them is like trying to choose which half of a pair of scissors is better.

 

This is a goofy statement ‘cause I’ve been rocking out to “Click” for close to a year, I think, & I’ve only known “c2.0” for hours.

But, I still stand by it.

 

At the very least you have to admit that there’s less of a gap between it and Click than there is between Track 10 and Blame It On Your Love.

 

I respect that opinion! I think Kim’s verse is one of the highlights of the whole album. I guess there’s just a bunch of her songs that do more for me overall haha. I’d have to look through all of them, maybe it’d be higher than 25 or 20 if I actually put a list together, which I am not going to do today haha.

Really cool album, I do have to say that it feels more DIY than her usual albums, you can tell that it was made quicker and it feels a bit more unfinished. That's not a bad thing, it's part of the charm. Also, on first listen a lot of it kinda blends together. Call it cohesive, sure, but there's definitely less variety than I've come to expect from a Charli album.

 

so there’s no features right? when she announced this I swore there was going to be sooo many features but I’m glad to get a solo charli album

 

Don’t think it blends together at all tbh and think there’s a lot of variety. pink diamond, forever, i finally understand, party 4 u are very different sounding songs.
