How you gonna leave out that Beatification? Best of the bunch, for sure.

These beers will forever hold a place in my heart for introducing me to sour beer. Buddy and I went to a bar doing a tap takeover event to try Pliny back when it was still the biggest thing in beer and I came away more in love with the -tions than any IPA I had that day.

Yeah - Supplication, Temptation, Beatification, and Consecration are all top-tier. Really wanted to try that new one with pluots (Compunction) but it was released after breweries had to close down, and they only released it in a very expensive mixed case. Couldn't pull the trigger unfortunately.

Was supposed to be in VT tomorrow with 10 of my best buds. Instead I’m at home but Foam and Weldwerks just dropped cans here so I picked up some.

Shh don't tell that to my wife, lol. Apparently they were selling a set that was all 5, but she went back and forth about whether to order it for me too long and by the time she went to pull the trigger, the set with Beatification was gone haha. I'll have to find that one elsewhere I suppose!

Today was supposed to be my first day in Denver. Was staying for a week for my anniversary with my girlfriend and I’m so sad to be missing the breweries there.

Sanctification’s pretty good but it’s got nothing on the other 4 so you’re in great shape!

My bachelor party is supposed to be in Denver in July. Don’t think it’s happening now, unfortunately.

Who in here has made mead before? What would be the ideal recommended set up for it fermentation wise (especially for apartment living)? Ideally would do 5 gallon batches I could split off into probably 1 gallon or 2.5 gallons to make different fruited versions of the same base mead. I’ve been out of the homebrew game for so long.

my wife and I might drive out to Denver from Los Angeles in the next month or so depending on a few things. Our in-laws live out there and both already had covid-19, so we're kinda waiting for more definitive answers on their immunity or lack thereof, then we'd stay with them for a week if it was safe.

Had to head into work for the first time in over 3 months today to grab something, grabbed four pack of a local brewery's latest rotating IPA work while out there. These guys are about a 1/4 mi from the most disappointing tourist attraction known to man... the Plymouth Rock. At least the harbor had a nice view today, though.
