seeing them for the first time last weekend was a treat. they really do sound so fucking tight. justin beck makes that guitar fucking sing baby

This album has aged quite well for me. I'd still put it behind W&T and Coloring Book. But It might be about even to Our Color Green for me at this point. The whole thing just rips.

 

The transition they've been doing live where they go immediately from Bartender into John Lennon is so incredibly sick, I was so hype the first time I saw them play

 

excited for that Hate5six set to come out so I have another live video of theirs to watch 10 million times

 

It pretty much sounds like a bad acid trip set to music.

 

They don't have a bad project, just so consistently solid (when they put music out that is lol)

Lyrics are full of garbo obviously but I still think the album is great

 

they just dropped a line of album merchandise too. I have no beef with all the merch this band makes, but charging $30 for a cassingle might be pushing it lol

 

Beck is very aware that if they make shit people will buy it, that's for sure

Musically and vocally I still love it but It’s so very difficult to listen to because of the lyrical content

 

I really like the long sleeve but then realized it had the album lyrics on the back and uhhhhh
