feel kinda dumb paying full price if the tickets were gonna go for so cheap

  3. Update: At the Fillmore, paid $24 for two of the MCS beers. Idk what normal beers here cost, will update with my findings

How’s coatcheck at the Fillmore? Is it easily accessible? Deciding if I want to bring my jacket and coatcheck or just wear a fleece to the venue and not bother.

yeah I’ll generally go to a brewery Friday afternoons to get crowlers, it is more difficult for me to order food though since we live in the suburbs.

    Eat Pizza

I’ve been doing takeout at a new place each week, but even then it’s adding up.

I feel like Bachelor Farmer may not have been around much longer w/out the current situation, but don’t want to speculate too much.

I’m sad about muddy waters, man. Same group of friends and I would go monthly for brunch, basically our stomping grounds

Twin Cities peeps, if you know or someone you know (or even know someone who you think may know someone) who has been arrested for protesting and possibly has a current charge against them, please share with them this event for tomorrow evening. I don't know all of what they have planned, but at minimum I believe lawyers/legal workers plan to provide advice and recommendations for how to deal with it going forward. It is being put on by the Pipeline Legal Action Network, which has experience dealing with protests with the Line 3 Pipeline

    From the description:

"All-arrestee meeting Tuesday at 5 at Powderhorn Park (at the main stage, NE of the lake). This is a chance to get together with fellow arrestees, hear from some local lawyers and legal workers, and create the organizational container you want to have to fight your case. Please help spread the word and invite those who you wish to struggle alongside. This meeting is about helping support you, and other arrestees, take the lead on organizing yourselves with support, tools, and resources"

Would recommend all of you go down to the Floyd memorial area on the 38th and Chicago just to experience it. I expected it to be really somber but it was actually really energetic and positive. It kinda had the same energy as a block party which really shocked me

and also take some canned food to donate
