I'd rather Netflix release a teen drama every weekend over the reality dating shows they've been pushing out lately. Give me season 2 of The Society please.

Apparently having no money is better than having less money?

 

Feels like this is the old guard grasping at straws for relevance. No way they lose out to screening Minions, Jurassic World and Fast Nine.

 

I didn’t know that AMC was the largest chain. My entire life there has only been one AMC theater here and nobody likes going to it because it’s small, the only theater still located in a mall, and it’s right downtown where you have to pay for parking. It would be like $20 extra just to park on top of the ridiculous prices if you decided to get food.

There are a lot of AMC theaters around my area, but Regal is closer to my new town I live in and I honestly like them a hell of a lot more.

Both are stupid expensive though

 

I actually live like perfectly in between an AMC and Regal (like a 20 minute drive to get to both) and I generally way prefer going to the AMC

 

AMC is only hurting themselves. If/when they reopen and A-List is back in effect, I know a lot of people will reconsider if they aren't going to be able to see Universal films.

 

Yeah it sounds like the amenities of those theaters differ greatly depending on the town, too. My Regal has electric recliners in literally every theater, RPX theaters that are similar enough to IMAX, and beer. AMC near me just has regular old seats and I'm too spoiled by Regal at this point haha

We have Regal, AMC and Cinemark in our area and AMC is the clear winner. Their IMAX and Dolby screens are amazing. Regal on the other hand is almost uniformly mediocre. It definitely varies by area.

I still need to watch the last two episodes of Devs but I'm definitely watching Normal People next.

I've began the boy meets world watchathon. Easily one of my top 5 favorite shows when I was 7-15. Still holds up. Great one liners.
