Cool digital only comp. Pay what you want. All proceeds and a match go towards folks impacted by Covid-19. And my friends have track 8! Good cause and cool way to learn a few new bands, possibly!

 

Just listened to Vein for the first time - Errorzone. Not as nu-metally as I expected, but just enough, and it was a fun listen. I've been sleeping on hardcore for a while, like a lot of people have. I'm really stoked about this resurgence, and how they're embracing the "guilty pleasure" music that I grew up on.

 

New Mindforce track premiere on an Axe to Grind overtime podcast with them. It's a good episode.

I know HC releases are typically short, but I need more than 7 minutes, Mindforce!!

 

ya I'm not a big fan of how Triple B seems to only be doing 12" records now, will likely cop anyway

 

The first pressing of like 1,000 sold out before I woke this morning. Insane for 7 minutes on a 12”.

I grabbed the shirt, just because.

I got lucky and managed to get the clear blue/white swirl variant this morning along with the shirt and the third press copy of Excalibur they still have up at the moment on brown/bone. One of the few perks of having my 7-month old wake me up at dawn.

 

I think the first press went up at midnight and by at least 6:30am EST when I woke up it was all gone. May grab the 2nd press on Friday, but I wish it was just a 7".

 

I bought the blue/white swirl at 10:50 p.m. pacific last night and the splatter was already gone by that point

 

That’s pretty ridiculous, but great for the label and band.
