Yesterday I got an email from my school that’s like oh you’re eligible for this covid fund
go here then here to accept it
So I follow the instructions
Am met with literally ONE yes or no question and the statement that money would be in my account in 2-3 days
I feel relieved so happy so blessed HA!!!
Flash forward to today
I get a different email
About the same fund. With totally different instructions leading you to a completely different place
I’m like, huh
Follow it and there’s a COMPLETELY different application
That requires uploaded documentation proof (of which I have literally nothing. Like you have to upload your bills and shit and pretty much all of my bills go through my landlord/mom so I don’t have any.
THIS page says it takes 7-10 days to process Then you’ll get a notification of acceptance THEN 2-3 days to show up in your account (nothing about waiting to be accepted on the previous one)


So I’m so fucking confused I have no idea if I have turned in what I need to or if I should do this second app too or if it will be worse because I don’t have documentation

I contacted financial aid office through their messaging system but of course it’s like we’re overwhelmed so it will take a while and I’m just like
