finally diving into Dark Souls for the first time

 

What do you do that keeps you so busy?

I have school for 5 hours m / w / f but then I work about 60 hours a week at my job so I’m just super tired to play games

 

Maybe games are too tired to play you too

 

this is my schedule most days

10 am to 2 pm - school
3 pm to 2 am - work
3 am to 9 am - sleep

repeat all over again until my one day off a week :(

Blew through most of Trials of Mana this weekend. Really need to get back to FF7 that will be next weekend for sure.

 

Beating the first Marauder boss in Doom Eternal sucked enough but now they just keep popping up and it’s annoying as fuck.

 

They are extremely difficult until you get the hang of them.

Use the double barrel shotgun. It makes him stagger. If you use other weapons, you can damage him but he'll still continue his attack and destroy you.

Also make sure all the other enemies are killed before you face him. Though zombies should respawn constantly for you to fill up ammo and health. Use double barrel, when you run out of ammo chainsaw zombie for ammo. Keep repeating. It definitely becomes easier when you focus on using ONLY the double barrel.

 

Just watched a video where Grimes said Dark Souls is p much her fav video game

 

Finally finished FFVIIR and wow, what a fucking ride.

EDIT: does anyone know a way of getting the soundtrack from PS4 to USB? I've got the Deluxe Edition and need that on my book reads!

 

Major TLOU 2 spoilers are out there. Be careful not to run into them.

 

How're you liking it? I'm only about 7 hours in

 

Honestly, it's exactly what I want. It's a straight-up remake just with improved combat and level up system in a 3d environment, I could not be much happier with it. Really enjoying getting new abilities and planning my character builds as I approach the second class change in the game. Definitely going to play again with the other 3 characters I didn't choose and do hard mode at some point.


If you liked the SNES Trials of Mana I don't see how you could possibly dislike this one.

I’ve been watching my friend’s persona 5 stream and now I see why everyone loves the music. It’s so good.

 

Persona 5 Royal was a ton of fun but I did not like how it all ended, both plot-wise and with how annoying the last boss was (not hard, just tedious)

 

Ugh. I hate the internet. I just fucking know I’ll stumble upon them

 

Fuck. That’s so sad. I’m avoiding gaming news like the plague now.
