The pasta turned out perfectly!! I was super nervous about the texture of the dough, but everything ended up being just right. Next time I can definitely make a half batch because it made sooo much, but I’m stoked about the first run.

Making my first loaf of sourdough from a starter I was given recently. Was worried about how dense it felt before I left it out to rise overnight, but this morning it was ballooned right up, I’m so stoked

 

I wish I could find yeast! I haven’t seen it in weeks.

 

It’s nowhere here, took a couple weeks to find a bag of flour

 

If you get desperate let me know, I found a small glass jar in the back of my fridge that was full of dried yeast from my MIL a couple years ago and can mail you a few tablespoons. I was worried it wouldn’t work anymore but have used it a few times and seems to be ok
