European countries are starting to ban mass gatherings until at least the first of September now, I don't think we will see many more tours this year.

Crazy when the ICP is more responsible for human lives than the government is...

Bayside tour "cancelled". (They originally were gonna postpone, but noe just cancelled so peoooe can get refunds. They'll try to reschedule dates in these cities for next summer)

Reminder to those in here starting next Friday, May 1st, you have 30 days to get refunds for postponed/rescheduled dates from AEG.

Elton John just postponed his tour to next year

Courtney LaPlante and Mike Stringer confirmed on their YouTube stream the other day that there was a Polaris/Crystal Lake/Spiritbox US tour planned this summer that was cancelled before being announced. F

I would have loved a Polaris, Crystal Lake, and Spirit Box tour. Oh well.

Also finally got an email saying the System of a Down and Korn show scheduled for May 22 and 23 are now postponed. Still no word yet from System but I'm glad it's not completely cancelled. I don't see this happening at least a year from now given how large the event will be.

It'll probably be rescheduled for May of next year

Where/what was the source of the email? I haven’t received anything yet

Edit: Just checked my Ticketmaster app and yeah, it’s postponed, thankfully

I have tickets to NXT next Saturday night and the venue still claims nothing has been decided yet....but PA is still under quarantine til May 8th so to me that sounds decided.

Aftershock is gonna get axed next, which is gonna suck because they apparently just sold out the event

Yeah I got an email about that this morning (although I don’t know how I ended up on their mailing list?)

Pretty sure they put on a special 1 dollar down payment plan once the pandemic hit, probably to get tickets moving. Think they were being a bit too optimistic on when they'd be able to get back to doing large scale festivals.

They actually had the $1 down payment plan when tickets first went on sale. I have a weekend pass but I don't see it happening this year.

I'm Surprised Sad Summer hasn't said anything yet

Movements said in an Instagram comment today that it was still on as of right now, but things could very easily change the closer it comes. I'll see if I can find the comment, it was somewhere on an update on the new album.

Edit: as of right now we haven't heard any updates other than the tour is SUPPOSED to still happen. I'm sure we'll know more as it gets closer, but it's pretty up in the air right now.

If large summer events are being cancelled in Chicago or likely to be cancelled, there’s no way Sad Summer is happening in Chicago.
