Get Out/The Witch was maybe the hardest one. I actually would put Cabin over Evil Dead, not sure how I missed that one lol. I think I was thinking of a different film for a second.

Those last two seasons were rough.

 

Just watched Slither for the first time. I feel like everything I'm watching lately deals with the CDC lol

 

I haven't seen almost half of these (Suspiria, Evil Dead, The Conjuring, It Follows, Tusk, Halloween), so it feels wrong to even attempt this.

I don't like that it has two from Peele/Eggers but not two from Aster/Kent. Actually, I don't think it should have two from any director. I prefer Midsommar and The Nightingale but I get that they're less horror-y.

Also kinda wish it didn't have two Stephen King adaptations, let alone pit against each other from the get-go, although I did like Doctor Sleep more than IT. Maybe even more than Get Out--that's a tough one.

Btw I thought Crawl was fun. Been waiting for a alligator/croc movie to let loose, and it didn’t disappoint lol.

 

Gonna rent Underwater and Black Christmas tonight. Waiting for Fantasy Island and Gretel & Hansel to not be $15

 

Cursed Films rules. The Omen and Poltergeist were the best episodes.

 

just watched Villains. it was fine.

 

ahh man, I've heard it just gets better and season 1 is the weakest. I've just started season 2 lol.

 

Finally watched Apostle. Don't think I'm too high on it.

Watched Killer Klowns from Outer Space after. Now THAT is a movie. I hadn't seen it since maybe 95. Its aged like fine wine.

 

Really didn’t care for Apostle. Esp weird since I’m p sure it’s the same guy who did The Raid.

 

I think that is why I'm so down on it. We watched The Raid last week and it got me excited to finally try this out.

 

Killer Klowns From Outer Space is terrifying and I’m not even scared of clowns.

 

I really liked Apostle.
