I’m just tired of Blink doing questionable things, people on here calling them out for it, things going back to normal (them being discussed on here) after just a little while, and then they go and do questionable/ignorant shit again. Honestly it just seems like we are going in circles here.

 

So I’m a little late on this but I was reading the thread for the new NFG album and whew...people will really say anything to defend problematic musicians. It’s really disappointing to see people do this on a music forum where tons of great music is posted all the time and some great musicians/albums barely get any recognition, yet people want to spend their time defending shitty musicians.

 

Some of those same people enjoy spreading the NFG chatter out into other threads when it's really not necessary to do so, then get super combative with anyone who tells them to keep it in the NFG thread if it needs to be talked about at all

 

Substitute “blink” for “NFG” and it’s the same thing around here

 

Honestly was thinking the same thing. There's no reason people need to go to bat for a bunch of shitty privileged white dudes. There are SO many artists/musicians out there who are not shitty and could use that support more than Blink or NFG or some other band with shitty members could use. It's disappointing to see.
