They’ve only postponed everything up through the Chicago dates officially

Hollywood undead co headline with bad wolves is cancelled except one date. The Iowa date being moved to September

  3. estacey99

Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything is terrible.

    Things have changed.

July isn't far enough away. I get why bands are doing it, but it's not enough.

You don’t think it’s okay for smaller bands?

I would absolutely be waiting through at least the entirety of May before I’d announce rescheduled dates for anything

  7. Got my first re-scheduling conflict: Ludo and Spanish Love Songs rescheduled Chicago dates are on the same day, unless they get moved again.

Spanish and Silverstein for me which is a huge bummer. Also the same day as the good MoPop day I was planning to hit. But I assume that gets cancelled anyway

    Things have changed.

Some states are already extending stay-at-homes into June. It's fine if it works, but I still think it's wishful thinking to assume things will back to normal in July. Everyone has a different tolerance for risk, though.

The thing is that this is the virus is going to loop back around in the fall, even if the curve does start to drop. It's basically going to turn into the next flu season until there's a cure.

Really there's no way of knowing exactly what will happen-- if these shows have to be postponed again or cancelled, so be it. As long as they follow local government guidelines.

You have to prep the summer as if things are going to be fine by then. Fall calendars have been full and moving dates to July or August is better than straight up pulling the plug on tours now.

Worst case scenario is they get cancelled or postponed again. You have to assume they'll happen in the summer, best case scenario.

This was shared in the nba thread but I’m posting it here cuz it could matter to tours

Def thinking this will become the next US direction as well.

Just going to assume everything's cancelled until September 1st, and then if things get better, it'll be a massive surprise and exciting.

  17. If this is the case then I might be desperate enough for a show to attend Mudd Fest on September 5th.
Mudd Fest 2020- Puddle of Mudd, Fuel, Trapt, Tantic & More

Edit: Tantric’s band name being misspelled in the title of the ticket page makes this fest even funnier.

I was hoping to go to that show, even though it's pretty far from me. Hah, poor Tantric!

It's like, even if that Spanish Love Songs tour happens, do I even want to go still? Because my first instinct is to stay the hell away from anything right now.

  21. Take the Metra to Lombard and I absolutely will. I live like five minutes from the venue.

Riot Fest the first festival of the season, just like we all predicted

Yup.... I don't think we'll see any spring or early summer shows. MCR in Boston is Mid Sept.... hoping that's at least still happening.

Not a tour, but to give you an idea of how far out things are being cancelled, Wimbledon just cancelled. That's in July.

My Foo Fighters show was rescheduled to early October...I'm starting to think even that is ambitious.
