Plus even if it was Durant Crawdaunt Diggersby and Weavile are UUBL now so banning Arena Trap now would open a massive can of worms haha

Why is there UUBL? Why not just move them up to OU?

 

Tiers are based on usage. UUBL pokemon are pokemon that aren't used enough in OU to be considered OU, but they are considered too good for UU.

 

I think OU has a threshold of usage that has to be met and those Pokemon don't meet that threshold but also are too good to be allowed in UU.
