Did that last night and it was a near perfect listening experience lmao enjoy!!!

 

Goddamn, the title track is masterful.

Album is what exactly what I expected: fully realized; career defining.

 

I bought the record off bandcamp just now

 

Not a lot of new stuff out today so I’m sure I’ll cave and listen to the leak before Friday

 

This is so good!

 

I thought buying it on bandcamp would give me the full album, but I guess not, I can wait. The three released tracks are among her best, excited to listen nonetheless.

 

Holy shit these 3 songs are so good. Never got into her before, but I can't wait to hear the whole thing now

 

"Blue Pt II" came up on one of my daily spotify mixes I was shuffling while doing work and HOLY SHIT it reminded me that this drops on Friday and I am so so hype

Got my peak vinyl. The coke bottle clear really matches the green on the Ford pretty well. Looks great. So glad I got the gatefold.

My favorite music couple.

 

Needed a pick me up so caved on the leak and went for a walk with this on. Definitely as good as I was hoping for. That last three song stretch is just bananas beautiful

Got my vinyl a few days ago, it's been a really calming presence in my life.

 

Think this could be a top 5 or top 10 album of the year for me

 

I think “The Eye” is my least favorite song here? Which is absolutely ridiculous because it’s fantastic. I mean this record is absurd. I would give it a 9.4. Instant classic.

“Oxbow” is a really cool almost disorienting opener. Not what I’m expecting to hear every time I hit play.


Crazy that the two best records of the year so far have songs called “Lilacs” and “Lilac”.

I fully expect a 9+ from P4K tomorrow.

 

Can't believe how excited I am to hear something i didn't even know was coming out until a week ago

 

Lilacs is actually frustrating cus it’s the kind of song that makes anything that comes after not sounds as good

 

Ruby Falls has to be one of my favorite songs from this year, easy. I’ve been listening to this all week but I just got my record in and the last guitar line on the song nearly broke me. What an album.
