also cooking unless it's in a microwave makes me anxious because I always worry I'm going to start a fire or get salmonella

 

We ordered a box for next week and the week after, I think next week is mostly boring stuff but the week after has some really cool ones like bibimbap bowls

 

i've been cooking for years and I still absolutely despise making chicken and get nervous af about salmonella constantly

 

any meat for me makes me nervous but I guess I can just cook vegetarian

 

see beef I don't really get nervous about just because the concern there isn't a potentially deadly bacteria haha, also beef is a lot more flexible in terms of when it's been safely prepared

My wife and I use this a lot, great meals and a lot of options for picky eaters, and most are 500-600 calories or below.

 

Those home delivery meal services always seemed a bit wasteful and not sustainable/created a lot of waste to me but apparently the hello fresh one actually has a pretty extensive sustainability and environmental report that shows it’s actually reducing waste over store bought packaged things.

 

He is and his only job is to harass me.

I wouldn’t prepare it but if someone was like make chicken and serve it I’d be absolutely panicked like how do I know it’s done or what to do...for how long. I’ve never cooked meat in my life.

 

What about using a meat thermometer?

 

I've only just gotten comfortable cooking chicken - but when we make like tacos or burgers with chopped turkey or chicken meat, it's a panic mode.
