imo, it is a more privileged stand to insist people “vote blue no matter who” than it is to insist people take this time to educate themselves on the horrors being done by both parties, and use this moment to encourage like-minded people to take greater action and attempt to organize against a system that has, and will, never work for poor and disenfranchised people.

Have I told you guys about how absolutely handsome, and endowed with knowledge, Joe Biden is? I swear he must be some type of beautiful genius - beautifully being smart and always saying intelligent things.

 

Took self-isolation as the opportunity to shave off my beard for the first time in 9 years. I couldn't remember what my chin looked like.


In other news, the anxiety of this whole situation is starting to eat at me. Feels like things are gonna get significantly worse before there's any hope of them getting better.

 

My fiancé won’t let me. I’ve had my beard since 2011.

 

They'll just say it's an emergency and a temporary measure.

 

I don’t think that’s going to work now. His term ends on 1/20/21 whether there’s an election or not.

After four more years of Trump, I think it’s a different story.

 

I've been trying to mentally prepare myself for shaving mine off. Had it about ten years now. Might need to shave it off soon for mask fitment.

The SLC earthquake was definitely spooky. 46,000 without power, including me, and the airport is temporarily closed because of water pipes bursting. We’ve had about 8 aftershocks of varying sizes. What a morning.
