lol Some guy called "Roque De La Fuente" is getting more votes in the Republican FL primary than Tulsi is getting in the Dem primary.

Also how is Bloomberg at 12%? Were there really that many early votes?

My understanding of the only reason it isn't called is that part of the panhandle is in Central Time Zone and thus voting is still open there. And then don't call states while voting is still open.

  6. Yeah that’s why the AP won’t call it, but will when the close based on everything I’ve seen.

I mean, we have known for a while now Biden was going to easily take Florida.

  8. My last hope was the margin would be closer, show some kind of change in the race at all. This puts the end to that. The primary is virtually mathematically over.

Another serious concern I'm having is what happens if my small local credit union has to shutdown? What if the infrastructure to support online banking goes down? What about when my card expires in June and the branch is closed and can't send me a new one?

All my money is in there. I've been saving like crazy for years now to hopefully afford a house one day, so there's a good amount in there from trying my best to keep my hands off it. Enough to seriously hurt if I lost access to it or my job.

Our reliance on cards and mobile payment becomes a scary reality if we lose people to support that most basic infrastructure

Friend relaying the voting situation in Chicago right now to me:

“There are at least 100 people in line at Truman (College). And little children coughing on old people. Will probably take 2 hours to vote. Breaking the social distancing rule for social responsibility doesn’t feel right”.

    what the fuck

It beggars belief that we are in the midst of a pandemic where most of the US population cannot afford to get treated, and yet they still refuse a public healthcare candidate.

From the outside looking in, it is absolutely insane and suicidal.

Absolutely understandable. It's insanity that you can't work from home :(.

Hate worrying about money when people's health is far more important, it's just scary to think about when you see how little the government is doing to help people financially

Have you seen the show years and years? Don’t think it’ll ever get that far, don’t think you need to worry too too much

  24. luckily most people can work from home, i am a temp so not gonna happen though. it's scary! idk what i'd do if they shut down

I've never heard of it! But I do hope you're right. I don't necessarily think it's going to happen, just a rough thing to think about.

I don't have a credit card and am going to start looking for one as a backup option. I was going to go through my small credit union I'm already with to get a visa rewards card and I'm just thinking "do I go with a larger bank instead, or something like an Amazon credit card, for more peace of mind?"
