For some reason I thought this was out tonight. I feel foolish.

I hope he doesn’t push the release date. I feel like people will show up no matter where or when Brian plays, so I don’t think it would hurt album sales or momentum or anything like that.

I think it would be cool if he did a mini album release set people could stream, watch once recorded or something until it ok to hit the road. 3-4 new songs or something.

Such a bummer but it was inevitable and for the better in the long term.

It’s like an upbeat Steve McQueen with Have Mercy lyrical influence. I like it. I wouldn’t say best song so far from Local Honey, but I’d really love his music.

i get pretty selfconscious about big claims like this, but this is one of my favorite Fallon songs.

Do or do not, there is no try.

Still 2 weeks to go, half the album is out and I’ve managed to avoid all of it. So close. Haha.

Not surprised at all. Might still go to Portland that weekend anyways because Portland is amazing.

Still holding out on these new songs.

i already ordered the tour print through Hellgate so having a print for a show that never happened is kinda novel haha. ill be there whenever he reschedules.

He may as well just put it out now since there's no tour for it to be waiting on.

I'm really not into a single song he's released from this album. Nothing is catchy and fun. Totally unlike the last 2 albums.

I love that he can make so many kinds of music while not compromising being Brian.

Sleepwalkers is a fun record. Playful at times, bouncy, foot tapping.

Local Honey is a little more textured and insightful.

I just hope he continues making a variety of music. Punk, rock, folk, jazz, soul, indie rock, influences (and more) have shown up on different records and all worked.

I like what this album is, but i imagine it's gonna take some time to grow on me. I'm missing the uptempo energetic stuff from past work, but that's cool. That stuff still exists while this album grows on me. There was a time when i didn't like Here's Looking At You Kid haha

I would love to hear the at versions he was working on for Local Honey when the time is right, but I’m sure that would both versions would still be great.

Maybe with all these tour cancellations some of these bands will continue writing as part of a way to pass their time.

This is shaping up to be my favourite Fallon-related record since '59 sound. Such a wonderful night drive vibe coming from these songs and I really like that.
