I always hoped they would release the writer’s strike episode. But I don’t know if they even filmed it.

Mulaney talking about SNL is sorta like the prom king talking about his high school experience.

 

He certainly got more opportunities than most while he was on there, even got his own Weekend Update spot. I think being in Seth Meyers' good graces (and being very funny) helped. But yeah, that pull quote is kind of too bad when that's very much not true.

Also, sucks to see so many people tagging Shane Gillis in there, who, surprise surprise, still sucks.
