Since they’re really hammering that she loves doing pro bono cases, I would love it if she winds up moving home after her and Jimmy split after she gets either temporarily disbarred or whatever. Then years later she picks up a case of a man named Gene who works at a Cinnabon and, dun dun, it’s Jimmy.

 

I'd be down for that.

 

Give everyone in this show an Emmy.

 

this show is incredible, put off watching until just now and Im on s1e9.

 

The way Lalo tells Jimmy "You'll make time" cracks me up

 

Lalo's giant shit-eating grin and mustache makes the character so much more hilarious. There isn't a Salamanca character in this entire series (including Breaking Bad) that isn't entertaining as fuck.

 

A real shout out needs to be given to Patrick Fabian, this show’s biggest perennial unsung hero.

Really solid episode. Love seeing Saul be the man we remember from Breaking Bad. Laughed quite a bit when he did the switcheroo with the defendant. Mike was monumentally dumb picking that fight, but it was almost definitely intentional as he struggles through his grief and guilt.

Other things:
- why did Jimmy need to find a pic of a dude fucking a horse to convince the guy to hire him? Struggling to make sense of why that bizarre display didn't make the man force Saul to leave
- I think it's pretty clear that HHM is not well, and Howard is desperate to have the McGill name back in the company. The NAMAST3 license plate to me hints at him trying to find enlightenment to help his guilt over Chuck's death and Saul's treatment, as well as his depression. Dudes going through a lot and I don't think he will have this nice mansion much longer.
- thought it was a brutal punishment with the bowling balls. This is just Jimmy being a complete asshole just for the Hell of it. All because a man is taking him to lunch and being nothing but nice.
As I've said before, I so do not expect things to go well for Howard. I think the guilt will get to him in the same way it did for Chuck

 

kinda got chills when the two dumbasses were questioning him and he gave them the DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? I'M SAUL GOODMAN

 

I love how every scene has me hooked in this show. I care about every single character so much and can't wait to see how each scene unfolds. Extremely hard to pull that off and I didn't always feel that way about this show.

Also, the writer on AVClub Donna Bowman does an incredible job doing write-ups for each episode. I go right to them after I watch an episode, heavily recommend it to everyone.

 

Finally finished the half of season 4 I never finished and watched the first two from this season. So glad I finally got around to it.

crazy how that was possibly the funniest episode of the show and still unbelievably tense at the same time. Kim imitating Kevin was :chefskiss:

 

This episode made me like 10x more afraid for whatever is going to happen to Kim

The dread is seriously starting to set in over what’s going to happen with Jimmy and Kim lol

 

Man Monday’s ep was so fucking good. Kim losing it on Rich was intense, and Gus with the “revenge” line gave me chills.


Love that nod to his deceased partner on the fountain.

 

Honestly after seeing the first five episodes of this season I'm getting more and more confident in my pre-season statement that BCS will wind up being better than BB overall by the time these last two seasons are finished. The show is just incapable of being anything other than shockingly excellent.
