I was a big fan of Dear Diary back in high school then that second album came out and was like wtf?

I remember I didn't find out that Skrillex was Sonny from FFTL until like 2012, I almost fell out of my chair when I finally put the connection together. I don't know why it was so shocking to me, but it was.

 

Haven't liked anything since Dear Diary, but they crushed it with that record.

 

I enjoyed 3-4 songs on Heroine, but other than that, that's it. Dear Diary was awesome when it came out my freshman year in high school.

Yea...I don't get why so many people are questioning this. Sonny's voice has aged significantly.

 

FFTL shared it on their own Facebook wall with a heart emoji, so at this point the question should only be wether it's just a bonus track or a full album with Sonny.

I follow Travis on Twitter - and this could easily mean nothing - he was telling everyone to go follow Derek (Bloom, original drummer) after all this buzz started. Derek has basically been off the grid for quite awhile as far as I can tell so the timing was interesting.

 

I remember being so surprised when I first heard Heroine. Some really solid stuff on that album. Dug a handful of tracks from each since then as well.

 

that "clip" was pure, unadulterated hot fucking garbage. wow.

 

I highly doubt it was serious, but the point is, to our knowledge, it's 2016 FFTL. I like the riff.
