great song, particularly like the way the backbeat gets used in that lil transitional fill before the bridge/outro part. smth about the way the melodies unfurl reminds me of Emperor X ("Erica Western Teleport" and "Oversleepers International" specifically)

 

this made my day honestly. saw them a few weeks ago and said this was coming but it's nice to have a date.

New to this project but Lost In The Country rules. Reminds me a lot of Slaughter Beach Dog but more specifically up my alley

 

I instantly thought of both SBD and Wild Pink

I immediately thought of Emperor X when I listened to this too

 

bodes well for the rest of the album for me. nothing any of the members of LVL UP have done individually has hit as hard but this could be it
