Hmm...now that I’m thinking about it...Warren staying in might be for the best IF she can get above thresholds now that it’s a 3 way race.

Spreading out the delegates enough so that Biden can’t get above 1991 even with ALL the super delegates may be the only hope to play king maker

  5. This is what I was trying to figure out last night specifically because I’m not sure where at least 30/40% of her vote goes. I felt like I was getting too game theory in the weeds.

lol @ thinking the "hard left" is the reason she didn't end up being the progressive front runner. there were plenty of people on the left that were open to her when she first announced, c'mon man

im talking Bernie’s hardcore supporters, some of whom are all put socialists who claim they wouldn’t vote for a non-socialist. If she had the ability to get at least some of them on board, she would have had a pretty wild cross section of voters because of her ability to get more moderate support despite extremely progressive policies.

    but, alas.

My progressive latino grandpa in Nebraska thinks he's gonna vote for Tulsi-- been trying to convince him to go Bernie, but he thinks he's not a good messenger. Which is funny, cause their speaking patterns are almost exactly the same.

“We traveled to TGI Friday’s in the middle class racially diverse suburb of Great Oaks Falls, New Jersey to talk with voters who don’t watch the news or follow any politics on social media but still call themselves liberals.”

  16. I think she’s out by the end of the day. I hope it comes with a Bernie endorsement.

yes some. exactly. a small number of bernie supporters im sure were set on only bernie. but i don't think that number is as big as you think it is or the number of people who were going back and forth between bernie and warren when she was up in the polls in October is as small as you think it is.

right. i partially agree with david that if she just drops without endorsement, that might be worse for bernie than her staying in. an endorsement/anything more than that and i don’t see how it isn’t a positive for bernie.
