  1.
  2. Which candidate dropped out that didn't have support from a SuperPac?

Booker did. Gillibrand had wall street backing. One started for Harris before she dropped out.

Also seems to me that this PAC seems to basically be a female centered version of “Our Revolution”, no? I assume as much considering it’s called “Persist PAC”

  5. From what we know, it seems to be female backed, Warren asked them to disclose the donors early but they said they'd wait until March 20th or whenever the deadline is.

Watch it be all Bloomberg. :crylaugh:

A significant portion of the money Gillibrand has fundraised has come from the securities and investment industry, most of which are Wall Street firms. In the 2018 cycle, Gillibrand received more than $1.84 million from individuals and PACs combined within the industry. The securities and investment PACs which gave the most to her reelection campaign were Bank of New York Mellon, Deutsche Bank Securities, TIAA and UBS Americas. Corporate PACs from the insurance industry were also major donors in the 2018 cycle. Marsh & McLennan and New York Life Insurance PACs both gave contributions to Gillibrand’s campaign totaling $10,000. Liberty Mutual Insurance contributed $5,200 to Gillibrand and Aon Corp gave $5,000.

Gillibrand’s leadership PAC, Empire PAC, received a significant amount of money from corporate PACs in 2018. Companies like UBS, Northrop Grumman, New York Life Insurance and others all contributed to her leadership PAC, which raised $72,500 in the 2018 cycle.

thought these were general election polls and was like "fuck" and then realized they were texas polls and felt a lot better

Shouldn't read too much into Biden being +1 and Sanders being -2... both of those are probably within MOE. I do think it shows that "Sanders is the only one who can win" and "Sanders can't win" are both equally flawed points of view. I think Sanders and Biden both will have unique strengths and weaknesses in the general election.

I just wish that at this point, everyone else would get out of the way. Let Sanders actually show he's the most popular candidate and not just winning because the rest of the field is split. Avoid the nightmare of a contested convention where Bernie has a small delegate lead but Biden wins all the later states.

Not to be that guy but the real question is how will these margins be affected by Biden's win tomorrow/how big his win is. Super Tuesday is looking good right now but four days is plenty of time for the MSM to go into overdrive and work their magic portraying Biden as the Comeback Kid if he wins by more than 10%. Everything that will happen on Tuesday depends pretty heavily on what happens tomorrow.

  17. yep I’m a bit nervous about the headlines Sunday and Monday.

I think the below gives a pretty good theory of why this keeps happening; the yelling is the most important part.
