I definitely didn't watch it other than seeing gifs and highlights from twitter since I'm working. I don't even have a WWE Network subscription

 

WWE essentially exists to entertain one man in Saudi Arabia because without that one man this company wouldn't make any money.

 

I didn't watch any of it, haven't watched any of these specials since they started.

I legit watched because I thought it was going to be refreshing to see a new hot character go over clean against a beloved veteran like goldberg. Like, wow, how UN-WWE like to have Bray Wyatt beat Goldberg clean. I mean it makes sense. Goldberg is old, it's 2020, he can lose a million times and you can still parade him out on these blood money shows and it wont matter. It makes Fiend look like a million bucks. Maybe it will even get him booed a little more for people who like goldberg.

Also as far as i've seen, smackdown ratings have been kinda good. Fiend is one of the most popular characters. Fiend being one of the key main events with the belt is a home run.

I think the worst part was bray surviving like five spears, but then he succumbs to one of the ugliest jackhammers ever.

Maybe they tried to please fans too much by not making an obvious squash of bray, Goldberg probably gets winded from spear into a jackhammer let alone 5.

 

they really need to book Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee the right way cuz those are our only chance at future stars anchoring the main shows. Rollins, Bray, Braun and KO have been too damaged by bad booking to ever truly be the man
