It is! Yoga With Adriene is a great channel on YouTube that has different 30 day series and various beginner/basics videos. I haven’t watched her videos in awhile, but if I recall correctly, she takes time to explain alignment, breath, and how to ease into starting your own practice. Also depending on how interested you are in yoga, “Light on Yoga” by BKS Iyengar is very helpful and includes illustrations and explanations of tons of postures (a lot of them are fully expressed, which can be intimidating, but it also stresses the importance of modifications and using props to get the benefits of a given posture even if you are new to it).

Vaping is good for getting off of tobacco products that are arguably worse for your health and grosser. Taking a foreign substance into your lungs is never good of course but it's something to consider as long as you pick a low mg juice and wean yourself off of it eventually. The problem is that I can sit in the house when I'm bored and just hit the thing all day. But the side effects of smoking were sooo much worse than vaping, which again might be a pro or con depending on how you view it because it also makes it harder to quit when I am not feeling like crap all the time lol. I know it's still not good for me but it broke my bad habit of getting into stressful situations and buying a pack of cigs and having to quit again.

 

It's also definitely cheaper - I spent $30 for the vape I think, and juice is ~$15 and Hannah and I share a bottle for a month. Again though, we need to quit lol

EDIT: Also gotta replace the coils every so often but they're about $18 for 5 of them for the model I have.
