Oh yeah, no effing way Bethesda allows this. They're probably already prepping a PS5/Series X version of Skyrim for launch day, time to pay up once again Gamers.

It's ok though because since the Series X is also backwards compatible with discs I can play my copy of New Vegas GOTY Edition whenever I want once I eventually get one.

PS5 has already confirmed to be backwards compatible with PS4, we just don't know about anything pre-PS4.

Honestly, Microsoft is in a dicey spot right now. If they mess up with their message or pricing, it could be really bad for them. With such a powerful console they also can't price the system too high because we all know what happened with the PS3 and the One.

I think the only safe company right now is Nintendo because they don't give a shit.

 

Assuming the 2nd next-gen xbox SKU rumor is true, that'll make the potential $499+ Series X price tag easier to swallow if they have a "value" option at like $350

 

Microsoft cannot fuck up Halo Infinite.

Halo 5 multiplayer wasn't bad, hopefully they got new writers for the campaign is all.

But yeah Halo Infinite has to be a flagship title and one of the best shooters ever for the Xbox to stand a chance to flip the script next gen

 

People were talking about PS4 version vs. PS5 versions. Like Cyberpunk for Xbox One will upgrade to the Series X version for free, which is more than you just being able to play the Xbox One version (which looks worse than the Series X version) on Series X. In the era of games a service and never ending rereleases, that’s a big thing. That’s what people are waiting for for PS5 now.

yeah, I did not enjoy Halo 5 much at all. because I will never not live without roommates I'm happy to see that the online splitscreen is returning. actually booted up the MCC collection yesterday and played a few games from 1, 2 and 3. had an absolute blast but holy shit do I suck.

 

I hope they can make me care about Halo again. 2 and 3 were two of my favorite games for multiplayer

 

Cant wait to fire up Cyberpunk on my launch xbox one and xbox series x and see the difference lol

 

Given how much of a difference even the One X makes your head will explode

 

Starting to save now for a 4k TV/Monitor for the full religious experience
