Even if Matty is referring to the way the allegations came out (as I've seen some people argue), and not the allegations themselves, as "the weird stuff", it's still not great to refer to that situation in that way. It just comes across as flippant and, like @iCarly Rae Jepsen said, reflects a privileged perspective on the situation.
