    They did

And your views on who is the most pro union candidate are irrelevant. It's cool to think Bernie is the most pro-union candidate. I tend to agree. It's cool to disagree with a union that supports someone else. But if that disagreement turns from "yeah I have a different take and here's why" to "your union is corrupt" then you aren't being supportive of unions you're just being supportive of people who agree with you

  3. Supporting unions on principle doesn't mean pretending union leadership has never done anything wrong ever. Since Taft-Hartley most major union leadership has been a mixed bag at best

When she makes up her mind on something she's pretty stubborn about it so I don't think she believes it would be a very constructive conversation lol. She is a die-hard cable news watcher so I think she's soured on Bernie from the coverage of 2016 to now

Actively working against M4A because it benefits you personally is not "a different take." Unions and union leaders are not the same thing. Like most positions of power, corruption is a basically a given.

True, but as Jason posted last night, pretending they can’t be genuinely concerned about losing their health benefits and if they say so they must be corrupt is kind of a shitty place to automatically go. It’s up to the candidate and campaign to explain why that’s a bad way to look at it, not his followers to start harassing and bitching at them and calling them sellouts and corrupt and etc.

  10. Will you use it for the times Sanders campaign made similar mistakes? Probably not. They both apologized and took responsibility.

(That anyone thinks a fight with the biggest union in Nevada and another round of stories about the online supporter harassment is a good thing is strange. It’s not good. It probably doesn’t matter, but it can’t be what the campaign would like to be talking about now.)

Union leaders represent the union. Dismissing then as corrupt because they disagree with you doesn't feel like a supportive move to me.
I don't see them repeating the "we don't want to lose our hard fought health care" as a malicious attack with selfish intent -- rather just a sign that I don't think Bernie has done a good enough job explaining his M4A plan will cover you just as well as your current healthcare plan so there isn't any reason to fret about switching. So the right thing to do is to say you disagree and point this out, not start attacking the union and any politician that "hey don't attack the union"

  12. and Bernie’s plan has a good answer to those concerns!! They should talk about that, and supporters should not doxx union members and give the media another harassment story. Bernie’s plan around transitions and how it can help unions that already negotiated good health insurance is good! It should be the story. But alas.

  13. I’ve been thinking about that too.

The difference is that Bloomberg had it 20 years ago, Sanders had it last year. So it’s not entirely a fair comparison.

what is fair is asking Bloomberg to release his tax returns and more medical information. He absolutely needs to do that

It doesn't matter, they're asking him for his entire life's health records lol joe had brain surgery and no one mentions it once, if you're gonna talk about this longevity bullshit everyone has to be subject to the same scrutiny or like what is obvious, it's all disingenuous.

  21. Bingo. Obama basically fucked them when card check fell through and they remember it and don’t trust politicians and healthcare promises.
