Her album last year was so lackluster. It annoys me that so many “old rappers” I love somehow can’t seem to put out great stuff (or any stuff lol) when the talent clearly is still there.

I think they are saying nas is disappointing on that remix when nas criticized j cole for work out.

 

I think it's more the fact that he's on the song itself, not that his verse is disappointing

It's not like he's never done pop features or anything before though

Cole should produce a Nas album

 

I've always thought Cole was really underrated as a producer, HiiiPower is one of my favorite beats ever

 

Talking about the Kesha song where she features Ke$ha (love it) and it brought up this song which is the similar thing and it made me sad that it has such low views

Are the Get Back and Left Back albums by Little Brother worth checking out? I’ve heard their first two and most recent and liked all three but haven’t really heard much good about those two

 

Get Back was pretty well received, Left Back less so. I don’t really remember either.

its really really good, def if your into that wave of DIY new york rap (MIKE, MAVI, earl, etc) he was on some rap songs and been on my radar ever since

 

Oh shit. I knew Earl was repping him but forgot he was on “The Navy”. I’m looking forward to giving it a listen
