Yeah. I agree. And I still don’t see a real path for Pete. Like I think Bloomberg has a better shot.

I wanna see money raised from Biden and Warren and cash on hand to see what the state of the race is for the long term too.

There is going to be immense pressure to consolidate the votes soon before the other does. (Warren drops to consolidate the left vote, or Biden/Pete drop to congeal the mods.) There’s a real benefit to who does it first and before Super Tuesday, which means it could be ugly.

Avoid complacency. This means a stumble will be even more detrimental due to expectations and a bored media wanting to write a comeback or new story. Decent delegate but second place finishes can now be spun poorly. Do not dunk ball too early. (And the delegate math still predicts he’ll be around 1700. Right on the edge of first ballot nom imo.)

I do not, in fact. I hate the expectations game and these media narratives, and I've seen a lot of frontrunners fall. I would much rather be under the radar right now. Predictions != forecasts. This shit terrifies me. So many unknowns.

I am going to be the voice of pessimism the entire time until January 2021.

 

This is worrisome. And if we don't think it's going to happen to whoever the Dem nom is, we're kidding ourselves.
