Here’s the rules about rounding up below the .5 when there’s are extra SDEs to be awarded.

The DNC isn’t counting it, IDP is, but there’s still a few little errors here and there from earlier publicly reported data, but by and large ... yeah we are. Almost all of this stuff was done publicly, people have the votes and know what the delegates should be, the one benefit of a caucus.

Ok, looking at more satellite data ... it’s going to be very hard for Bernie to catch Pete there with what we have now. He can, but it’s unlikely.
