I suppose, but I wish they'd just un match rather than ignore. Then again I have had experiences where you can really get to know that person, and sometimes not feel any chemistry, so maybe it's saving any disappointment.

I can't remember the last time I matched with someone and things just flowed.

 

Eh I’m on the flip side of it often too. I match with someone who looks interesting, don’t message because I’m busy/can’t think of anything to say then a week or so goes by and it feels like it’s too late to message so I don’t. Just how it goes with dating apps as frustrating as it can be.

i mean i dont have a huge amount of experience with the dating apps but when i was on them i did the internal debate that people seemed to be more "serious" about dating on Bumble so the conversations tended to lead somewhere but it was filled with awful frat bros that weren't my "type' (coulda just been a texas thing, don't know if its like that across the board). Or tinder that had more of a mix of people but a lot less serious abut actually meeting up, talking, etc.

I've had the same conversations with people here in the UK about Bumble. I have met some nice people off Tinder, but for me it's a luck of the draw.
