The Darling Fire are a HUGELY underrated super group that released an album last year.

 

Same for me but I can strongly recommend Terminal's How the Lonely Keep and Beloved's Failure On.

 

Also, I revisited Holy+Gold because of their announcement and they are a lot of fun. Really gritty, kind of remind me of HIL. Would like to see new stuff from them.

Probably a long shot, but any chance this fest gets streamed? I guess there will be plenty of footage available after the fact, but this would be a fun one to stay in all weekend and stream with some buddies, since it's looking less and less like I'll be able to make it.

 

Yeah, I'm thinking Poison the Well, Strongarm, and probably Stretch Arm Strong are shoe-ins

 

I think Showbread is getting announced too.

I was referencing the members from those bands that are in the supergroup that Nate mentioned but yes agreed! Haha

 

Oh yeah! Totally missed that, but yep. The fact that there are members from those bands and they'll be there anyway....

Do you have any reason for suspecting this? Totally don't mean to sound accusatory, I'd just be excited and was curious why you were thinking it might happen.

This fest looks like my iPod in 2006 haha, if they can get Recover and Poison the Well I might have to start thinking about tix
