My reading of it seems to be that the results sent over digitally on the app may not be aligning perfectly with the paper trail results?

 

Yeah, maybe, or I’m thinking all the stuff about the first round and the numbers not matching with what happens in the second round (people leaving, etc.) could have caused issues. Or getting 3/4 from app, 1/4 from paper/phone and needing to make sure it all matches up. Some bad handwriting and we got HANGING CHADS!
