I haven’t done it, but there’s a Scott Conant recipe I really want to make that’s olive oil poached chicken with broccoli rabe, potatoes, and a horseradish cream sauce that I’ve been thinking about making for a long time.

Creamed Spaghetti Squash with Browned Butter Walnuts.

Made this tonight and it’s so good. Used honey goat cheese because it’s all they had at the store and honestly it worked so well.

 

i made some ramen last night! Honey & soy glazed pork, mushroom stock, wild mushrooms, chili oil, scallions, and a poached egg. @K0ta

I got my stepdad into ramen, and he told me he went last weekend and asked for an extra egg. I’m so proud of him

 

Here’s some ahi tuna crudo that I made on Sunday with a miso vinaigrette, pineapple two ways, chili oil, sesame seeds, and some fresh herbs.

 

Not the best pic and sorry no special plating @Ken but made some chicken soup with the stock I made Sunday cause my gf and I have been under the weather and it came out pretty good for my first time! Topped with some cracked pepper and parm

I call this - stuff I just had in the fridge. Baked potato soup, air fried buffalo drumsticks and beans!!

made a roasted veggie salad with a warm walnut dressing and honey goat cheese and it SLAPS.
